Submission of Response Paper by Centre on ON IBBI'S Discussion Paper on Use of MEdiation under IBC, 2016
IBLD submitted a response paper on Mediation by the operational creditors (OCs) before approaching Adjudicating Authority (AA) for filing Section 9 application. The team vide this comprehensive Response Paper aimed to provide an Indian approach that helps ensures the practicality and feasibility of pre-institution mediation as a pre insolvency tool, while aligning with the objectives of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC).
